Terrible shipping process

When I finally received this item, it was much less effective than I expected. I paid almost as much for shipping as I did for the poor quality brush.

Hotheads Enforcer

This brush did help in drying time and keep my hair straight. There was still frizz with my coarse hair. May just need more time to get more proficient in use.
