We exercise our body, but what do we do for our HAIR and SCALP? 

We are all aware of the importance of exercising our body, but what about your scalp and hair. "The expression “use it or lose it” comes to mind. Detangling a child’s hair, fragile hair or just brushing to enhance the health and appearance of your hair.  Here are a couple of tips when detangling, most brush from the top of the head to the ends, though this is not the best approach. The top layers of the hair are generally more fragile and damaged where it gets more exposure to hot tools and environmental conditions. Here is a better approach, drop the hair onto the bristles of the brush at the ends, from underneath roll the brush outward gently pull to the ends and continue this movement from underneath up to the root area. You will find the hair will only catch the tips of the nylon bristles and will GENTLY Detangle without the OUCH and BREAKAGE caused by many other types of detangling brushes and methods.

Brushing helps improve the microcirculation which is blood flow bringing more nutrients to the roots, while strengthening the hair.
