A GUIDE for choosing the RIGHT SHAMPOO for THINNING HAIR

Not all Thinning hair shampoos' are created equal, but they are all in a category of deep pore cleansers for the scalp, with various characteristics.

This category has 2 functions improving microcirculation and dissolving DHT to improve the scalp and hair growth. The single biggest mistake is to use the shampoo like you would a regular shampoo. It's  recommended lathering the shampoo twice as this will improve the results. The first shampoo will remove the styling products, dirt, oils and sebum. This sets the scalp up for a second shampoo which is now clean and moist , allowing the actives easier access to the pores. This should be left on the scalp for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinsed for maximum results.

Shampoo's within this category can have a huge effect on the hair condition for better or if they make your hair drier be aware of how your hair feels and looks after shampooing.  You may need to adjust your conditioner. Some shampoos in this category can leave the hair feeling a little straw like and may appear dull. They may be good for straight oily hair but if you are colored, highlighted or have some type of chemical treatment this could be challenging.

There is a common  theme for thinning hair products increasing microcirculation meaning blood flow. The simplest most effective method to increase blood flow is nightly brushing of the scalp creating physical microcirculation.

Using a quality hair paddle brush, as the GROOMING PADDLE PLUS  removes debris increases blood flow to the roots while improving circulation. Remember, to always brush the hair against the root growth direction, for maximum results.

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF HAIR ONE HEAD AT A TIME.
